Radhika Shrivastava

Radhika Shrivastava is an edu-entrepreneur, leadership coach & strategic advisor, and a trainer with rich experience in varied settings across industries, organizations, cultures, decision contexts, and countries. With a career spanning two decades in rallying teams around a shared purpose, creating strong collaborations, and encouraging stretch thinking with deep focus on action, she is a mechanical engineering graduate from Tufts University, and an MBA from IIM-Bangalore. She will be doing an engaging exercise on empathy with the attendees!

Kavita Jhunjhunwala

With 22 years of tech entrepreneurial experience, Kavita's essential skills are digital strategy & tactical planning for large Global brands & Government agencies. Kavita will share her experience and fascinating personal stories through three learnings that she has gained during her early years.
In 2017, she founded Avocado Tree Digital (Singapore & India) to help businesses solve the ‘lack of digital strategy' problem & to create digital playbooks, demand & traffic generation strategies and provide digital tactical services for organisations such as SGInnovate, SGWomenInTech@IMDA SG, Firstsource, Museum of Art & Photography, Times of India and India's leading financial institutions to name a few. Before that, Kavita has worked globally as a digital agency head for 6 yrs in Singapore (2011-16) and 12 yrs in India (2000-11) where she managed the agency & client acquisitions of global brands and more than 20 Singapore Government enterprises for digital services over multiple year contract.

Aleena Ali

Aleena Ali is an Expressive Arts Therapist with the Department of Mental Health and Behavioral Sciences, Fortis Healthcare. She has completed her Bachelor’s and Masters in Psychology and holds a UNESCO-CID certified degree in Expressive Arts. She works extensively with children and adults, in the field of psychotherapy and psycho-social care using arts-based interventions. Furthermore, she conducts life skills and mental health workshops across schools and organizations.

Pallavi Rao Narvekar

Pallavi, aka Pallo, was a popular Radio Jockey with Radio Mirchi, till she lost her voice one day. Struck with a rare autoimmune disorder, Myasthenia Gravis, she lost control over her voluntary muscles. Never accepting defeat and rising above physcial and emotional setbacks, she shares how the life challenges at work and personal fronts can be turned into success stories. Reinvention being the magic word, this three time cancer survivor lives to tell her story.

Ruvneet Bains

Ms. Bains is a pedagogy and assessments expert. She taught at the prestigious Shri Ram Schools, New Delhi, where she led in implementing progressive pedagogies. This gave her deep insights into students’ intellectual, social and emotional growth and development across the school years, and the importance of an integrated curriculum. •In 2011, she co-wrote the 5 Year Master Plan for PD of Teachers, Principals & District Education Officers for the MoE, the Royal Kingdom of Bhutan that continues to be followed. •In 2013, she headed PD for Improving School Assessments as Assistant Director at the Centre for Assessment, Evaluation and Research (CAER) – a Pearson research initiative with CBSE. •In 2018, as Lead - India, Efficacy & Research, Ms Bains lead Pearson’s commitment to Evidence-Based Learning for India. We published India’s first Efficacy report on MyPedia - Pearson’s flagship integrated learning solution for K-8 classes. •During the COVID-19 days, she has started collaborating with likeminded edutech entrepreneurs to make learning more accessible for diverse learners. In this journey of revolutionising what we learn and how we learn, it is fitting to be a listener and learner first.

Sonal Shroff

Navale Sonal G who has completed her B.E. in Industrial Electronics from Marathawada University, Maharashtra and M.tech in Industrial Electronics from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka (NITK-Surthakal). She will be sharing her experience in ISRO as well as the different stands that ISRO takes and important practices and policies to its success!
She joined Control Electronics Division, ISRO Satellite Centre in 2002 and is presently heading Analog Electronics System Section. She has been part of many new technology development programmes such as the use of digital signal processing in spacecraft Structural Measurement and analysis Instrument, Integrated Circuit(IC) chip design, development and verification methodology, and various development of motorized mechanism.
She has also worked in Geo-Stationary satellite (GSAT-17& 18) used as communication satellite, Lower Earth satellite programme – HYSIS (Hyperspectral Imaging Satellite), RISAT-1 (Radar Imaging Satellite 1) capable of day and night imaging. She is currently working on the development of motorized drive required for Aditya-L1 spacecraft, scientific Mission. Sonal's area of interest Mechatronics, ASIC front end design and Digital Signal processing embedded system.
